How are deliveries made?
For small orders less than 100kgs, we will deliver your parcel by express. We offer options such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, or other express lines based on budget and urgency. Once dispatched, we update a tracking number for you.
For medium orders, in addition to express delivery, we can also use air freight or container transportation(LCL shipment). Express delivery and air freight are fast but expensive. Container transportation is cheap but slow.
For large orders, we use container transportation. We accept different items such as EXW, FOB and CIF.
Do you have products in stock?
We have all standard products in stock and usually need 1-2 days to pack and deliver. If the product is non-standard in colors, sizes, thickness, etc., we will inform you of the production lead time in advance.
